Return Policy

Returns:
We are happy to deal with your return request if you don’t like your purchases,but please cover the shipping cost by yourself, Also we are happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days.

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Original shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the item. (If the order qualified for free shipping)
If you would like an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with delivering the new items.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
Obtain a gift return (GR) number by email Customer Service,
(your Gift Return number)
Credit Back: 2 weeks upon receipt and inspection our team will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
If the returned item is $20 and the transaction used a 10% off coupon, $18 will be refunded.
If the merchandise being returned causes the original order total to fall below the amount of a free shipping offer, the value of our Free Shipping promotion will be deducted.
A restocking fee of 15% of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the wrong product was shipped to you, we will gladly send you a return shipping label for you to return the item back to us.

HOW TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN:

If you’ve saved the original shipping box(es), this is often the most cost-effective way to re-pack your return. Once you re-pack your items with the original product packaging intact, you can ship via your own preferred carrier. We tend to use USPS or UPS for the best prices.

Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or defective. Returns sent that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 1-3 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Please note: Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Friendly reminder, we can’t afford to absorb shipping costs the way large corporations can. Thank you for understanding!
